Due to the nature of our products, pdf digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once an order is placed and downloaded. 
However, we can supply a hardcopy of any chart if neccessary due to incomplete or corrupted download attempts.

Feel free to access the free samples.  While these do have a watermark to prevent unauthorized distribution, non-watermarked charts are included in the bundled items and journals.
